Hi, I’m Tim, and I’m excited to be starting my journey as an Auction Expert in the property auction market in the West and North Norfolk area.

With a background in property development and investment, I bring hands-on experience and a strong commercial understanding of the full property lifecycle - from acquisition, design and refurbishment, through to adding value and achieving successful exits. Having worked as both a developer and investor, I understand what drives buyer demand, how to position property effectively, and why speed, certainty, and clear strategy matter when it comes to selling.

Joining The Auction Experts marks a natural progression for me. I’ve been buying at auction for some time now and recognise the power of the auction route, from both a buyer and a seller’s perspective.

My aim is to make the process straightforward and as stress-free as possible for both parties. I’m looking forward to building strong relationships and helping clients achieve confident, successful outcomes through auction.
